BRWS.COM's founder, Betsy A. Riley, is trained and experienced in project management, technical writing, graphic design, visual communication, and web technology (including topics such as proprietary extensions and security). Consider Betsy's areas of expertise:

• Project Leadership: Fifteen years in management of customer service, technical (programming), and research staff; budget preparation and oversight; process improvement/quality assurance; and feasibility studies for technology introduction/conversion
  
  
• Communications (domestic and international): Training course design and delivery, technology evangelist/translator, end-user advocate/mediator, and Art/Science liaison



• Creative Services: Five years as Webmaster (design, content development, maintenance, HTML, PERL, SSL access control, forms, tables, frames, internet/intranet/extranet applications), user interface design, technical writing, and graphics design leadership (recognized both locally and nationally for efforts in promoting use of computers by artists)



• Event Planning/Orchestration: Fifteen years of experience planning conferences and trade show exhibitions (all aspects), promotional development, budget formation, strategic planning, marketing and public relations, media liaison, VIP guest logistics, and union supervision (truckers, electricians, etc.)
